Dennis was very knowledgeable. He was able to guess the problem on the phone itself on what may possibly be wrong with my water heater. He was able to come in obligation free to inspect it after hours and as guessed, he was right about the cause of issue. He was able to repair it at short notice and solve my issue. Highly recommended!

Deniz and Dean did a fantastic job repairing my toilet. Extremely professional advice, clean work. Upgraded the parts in the process yet honoured his original quote. Could not have asked for better service. In addition, he provided the initial quote the quickest and was spot on for the time the job was booked in. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

We did not experience a professional level of service from this business at the quotation stage. After going through trouble to arrange our plans around this quotation meeting (to be fair, they wouldn't have known about the effort we went through), to our disappointment, the plumber did not show up at the agreed time. He was also unresponsive to our check in messages and calls. To this day we do not have any explanation for the no-show. We will take our business elsewhere, hopefully with better service.

Denis and his team were very professional. He came quoted , once’s the quote was accepted he began work quickly. Made sure everything worked and the site was cleared by the end of the day. His knowledge and skill in plumbing is evident. He has replaced my previous plumber and i will recommend him to my friends and family.

We had lost our hot water and made contact with Dennis around 7pm- by 11am the next day he assessed the problem, secured the part, installed it and then called back once he left to check the hot water was flowing! He also gave us notification he and his assistant son were due to arrive by text.

After another plumber was unsuccessful in unblocking a pipe on our side of the property, Dennis and his a-team saved the day and got the job done. Dennis even co-ordinated with YVW on our behalf to attend to their side on the street, which was blocked by the same root system. Thanks again Dennis and team.

I've used get serviced twice now and will definitely continue in the future. Very convenient to be able to send through details for a quote. They got the job done quickly and the quotes were a lot more reasonable than some of the other plumbers out there.

Excellent time management and polite too, that’s where the quality begins and then he just got down to doing his task and that was done properly too. Lastly the bill comes and it didn’t feel like I was being ripped off for a change here was a decently priced quality tradesman.
Highly recommended

We had a broken tap for the longest tap and have had several plumbers try to fix it in the past, however they had caused more damage than good. Dennis, however was able to fix the tap, did it the next day when I called and was super fast with it. The fix is only temporary due to a larger issue behind the wall but he was very transparent with the issue and gave us affordable options. Dennis is also super polite in answering all my questions. I highly recommend Dennis :)

I texted three times after organising a quote online but was ignored. Their head office even did a follow up call and I told them about the issue about not receiving a response. They said they will look into it and organise a plumber to contact me but once again, they never followed up. Just be straight up and let me know you dont want the job instead of wasting my time

I had my hot water system installed and Dennis was extremely helpful. He explained it very well what he was going to do which I could understand . And he has a hard work ethic. Definitely recommend him . Many plumbers did not want to do the job as it was a difficult and messy one and Dennis was willing to do it .

I couldn’t be happier with the service Dennis provided. He recently upgraded my hot water unit after a leak in the old one. From the first call, he was super helpful, offered a very reasonable quote, arrived on time, and completed the job neatly. He was transparent throughout the process, and I felt I could trust him.
Looks like I’ve found my go-to plumber for life!

Dennis came to our rescue when our pipes suddenly flooded and caused a major mess. We were in a real crisis, and he responded quickly and professionally. He clearly explained all of our options up front, helping us make informed decisions without any pressure. In the end, he replaced all of our pipes efficiently and with great attention to detail. Throughout the process, he kept everything as clean and organized as possible. On top of his excellent workmanship, Dennis is a super nice person—friendly, respectful, and genuinely caring. We’re so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy plumber!

I have recommended a few plumbers over the years, they all seem to get your business then disappear when you require them again. Well today I found a plumber I hope will be my go to guy from here on. Actually called back and turned up that afternoon, fixed my leaking shower on the spot. After stressing about my wall opposite the shower staring to show water damage, I realised we had an issue, Dennis fixed my issue on the spot.

Dennis your a legend mate, thanks once again.

Highly recommend for all your plumbing requirements.
